Al Forsan Real Estate; the property arm of Al Forsan Holding, stated
that Al Forsan Village will launch the Lease to own concept during
Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2016. The group will be unveiling a portfolio of
health focused luxury mixed-use developments at the Cityscape exhibition
at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre at stand AA10 from April 12-14
to address the needs of potential stakeholders. Investors would be able
to make a purchase and own the villa for as low as Dh300,000 per annum.
Al Forsan Real Estate welcomed its first group of tenants in Al Forsan Village
in January earlier this year. Located in the heart of Khalifa City, the
project has 385 villas that are for lease as well as sale. Rent in
these villas start from Dh210,000. The sale price of a four bedroom
villa at Al Forsan Village starts from Dh4 million, whereas a six
bedroom villa costs Dh12 million. This project is Abu Dhabi's first
active and health focused mixed-use development.
