In continuation of this department’s letter No.FD.SR-1/9-21/2016 dated 09,11,2016 regarding admissibility of Special Allowance © 50% of PhD Allowance per month to those LL ,M Degree holders working in the Judiciary / Law Department / Prosecution Branch and all Officers of General Cadres / APUGs / ex-PCS / ex-PSS, I am directed to state that the Competent Authority has now been pleased to extend the said facility to all Government Servants across the board working under the administrative control of Government of the Punjab with immediate effect subject to the condition that they acquire the LL M Degree from the universities recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
